Workscapes partnered with Manatee County and Helping Up Mission (HUM) to support the vision behind Under One Roof, a compassionate initiative created to provide comprehensive services and housing for women experiencing homelessness, addiction, and trauma. Metropolitan Ministries’ MiraclePlace Pasco Campus revitalization provides shelter for 48 families, a new Early Childhood Education Center, and an Outreach & Prevention Center. The campus will feature a 10,000 square foot Family Support Center with dignified services and a 10-classroom facility offering affordable, safe, and nourishing childcare for both resident and community families.
The Speer YMCA, a Pinellas County Schools and YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg partnership, covers 111,757 sq ft with 15 classrooms, science & TV labs, art/music rooms, 4 ESE classrooms, plus sports fields, gym, garden, lap pool, fitness studios, playground, and childcare.
