Will Dvorak Announced as Young Professionals Council Co-Chair for LLS
Workscapes very own Will Dvorak has been selected for Young Professionals Council Co-Chair for Light the Night Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Event.
We are proud to announce some exciting news regarding our Workplace Success Consultant Will Dvorak. Will was recently announced as the Young Professionals Council Co-Chair for the 2021 Light The Night Leukemia & Lymphoma Society event. Will is a two-time Lymphoma survivor so this cause is especially important to him and the Workscapes family. While interviewing Will he thanked The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society- North and Central Florida saying "I am thrilled to be able to give back to an organization that helped me and my family during my second battle of Lymphoma when I was 18."
At Light The Night, their aim is to bring light to the darkness of cancer through research and cures. Light The Night is a series of fundraising campaigns benefiting The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) funding of research to find blood cancer cures. They bring communities together to celebrate those who are fighting the disease and to honor those we have lost. Family, friends and co-workers gather together to celebrate, honor or remember those touched by cancer. Registration is free, but walkers are encouraged to raise funds to support the mission. These efforts culminate in inspirational, memorable evening experiences filled with music, fireworks and empowering ceremonies honoring all who have been affected. Nearly 1 million people participate in over 140 Light the Night walks across North America.
We are extremely proud of the work Will is doing to give back to the community.
